Medical Director of Infinity Health and Rejuvenation Center of Sacramento, Dr. Bob Ghelfi dedicates his based practice to anti-aging and preventive medicine, specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Dr. Ghelfi encourages his patients to embrace a healthy lifestyle through fitness programs, balanced nutritional guidance, and the use of BHRT, when necessary, to relieve symptoms of hormonal imbalance such as fatigue, depression, hot flashes, low libido, muscle loss, weight gain, and sexual dysfunction.
Dr. Elke Cooke realized early on in her life that there was personal power in understanding how the body
operates. She came to see what a difference a physician could make in a person’s quality of life, helping others remove pain and fatigue, and in turn adding health and vitality. This passion led her to acquire a medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Dr. Elke Cooke strives to practice medicine that incorporates the leading tools and technologies of science. Staying health and patient focused rather than disease focused, she incorporated the knowledge that personal choices in diet and nutrition are vital to keeping chronic disease at bay.
Managing the day to day operations and providing patient support and education, Marilee joined the Infinity Health and Rejuvenation Center to fuel her passion to seek out education in areas of improving life quality.
As a receptionist for BodyLogicMD of Sacramento & Infinity Health MD and office manager for Dr. Cooke, Nicolina dedicates her time in the office to learning different facets of integrative medicine to help better assist patients and their needs. She is passionate about educating patients on new philosophies concerning self-care, wholesome balance and well-being, and inspiring patients with encouragement. Nicolina has found that sharing her personal experience of restoring health from the inside-out has helped patients to relate and understand that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and wellness is possible at any age, which she finds to be a highly rewarding.
Previously, Nicolina worked as a flight attendant for a major airline for 13 years. Throughout her travels, she met many people and learned about different cultures, food and medicine practices native to her location. Since resigning, she splits her time between living in California and Hawaii (Maui) where she finds the nurturing flow of the island to be calming and aid in her own journey of self-care. Nicolina’s positive attitude about life and health allows her to grow and become a better version of herself daily.
As a graduate of the Institute of Technology with a diploma in Medical Office Administration, Linda works part-time at BodyLogicMD of Sacramento in Redding as Dr. Ghelfi’s receptionist. She has a vast background in the medical field working concurrently as a medical office assistant at Northern California Stem Cell Treatment Center, and previously as a medical receptionist for a neurosurgeon in Redding. Linda enjoys working with others who share her same passion for integrative medicine and believes that health starts with education where the footings of proper nutrition, fitness and lifestyle choices can help keep a person healthy for the long road. Her strong interpersonal skills make it easy for her to develop and maintain positive patient relations and exemplify that patient care is her top priority.
Outside of work, Linda is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She has been married for 30 years, and her greatest accomplishment is raising 3 daughters who all share in her passion for medicine. She enjoys spending quality time with her family outdoors, reading, and teaching her daughters and granddaughter family secrets in the kitchen.
